The APC chairman in Rivers state has called to congratulate Barr. Nyesom Wike, the winner of the governorship elections held yesterday. Key members of the Amaechi administration have also called to congratulate the governor-elect. There is pressure on Dr. Dakuku Peterside to concede defeat. The APC is expected to challenge the results in court.
